What are my fees?
I strive to offer accessible and transparent pricing for my services. Below is a breakdown of the fees for various sessions:

Note: Family sessions may exceed 60 minutes. Additional time will be charged at $37.50 per every 15 minutes.

Do I take insurance?
​At Soul-ful Lifestyle, we currently accept only self-pay clients, which offers several benefits that may not be possible with insurance. By avoiding insurance, your personal information remains private, and there are no limitations on the number of sessions or requirements for a diagnosis. This allows us to provide the most flexible, individualized care possible. We approach this decision with empathy, knowing the importance of privacy and freedom in mental health care.
​What is my therapeutic approach?
My therapeutic approach is holistic, meaning I consider the many factors that contribute to your overall well-being. These factors include lifestyle choices such as nutrition, sleep hygiene, physical activity, social environment, work or vocation, faith, and culture. Together, we will explore how these areas impact your mental health, and I’ll help you gain awareness of where changes can be made. We will collaborate to build healthy habits that support your journey toward wholeness.

In addition to a holistic perspective, I utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Therapy to help you achieve your therapeutic goals. I also take into account how trauma has shaped and influenced your development over your lifetime.

For those seeking faith integration, I incorporate Judeo-Christian values into the therapeutic process. This involves exploring how your faith serves as a source of strength and guidance and using its principles to enhance your overall well-being.

What can I expect from the first session?
The first session lasts 90 minutes and is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. During this time, I will gather background information, such as the history of your presenting concerns, your current lifestyle, and your strengths. This session is also a chance to assess whether we are a good therapeutic fit.
The therapeutic relationship is a key part of the healing process, so I encourage you to evaluate whether you feel comfortable working with me. Not all therapists are alike, and it’s important that you find someone who meets your needs. If we determine that I’m not the best fit, I’ll gladly help you find a therapist that better aligns with your preferences.
