Individual Counseling
In individual therapy, we meet with clients one-on-one to create a safe, confidential space where we can work together to address their unique challenges. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and goals, whether you're dealing with anxiety, life transitions, or other concerns. By using a personalized approach, we will explore and identify solutions that promote healing, personal growth, and long-term well-being. Family Counseling
In family therapy, we work with the entire family system to support minors in addressing their emotional and behavioral challenges. By involving family members, we focus on improving communication, strengthening relationships, and creating a supportive environment for the young women's well-being. Each session is designed to explore family dynamics and patterns, allowing us to address underlying issues that may be impacting the young woman's mental health. Through this collaborative process, we help foster healthier family interactions, ensuring a positive, nurturing space for the young woman to grow and heal.
Groups/Workshops
We educate clients and the broader community on various mental health topics, providing practical insights and tools to promote emotional well-being. These sessions incorporate experiential activities to make learning more engaging and effective, allowing participants to gain a deeper understanding of the material by applying it in real-time. Whether addressing stress management, anxiety, or other mental health challenges, the goal is to create a supportive space where participants can explore new concepts, enhance self-awareness, and develop skills that contribute to personal growth and healing.

My name is Andrea Lahoud
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). In my practice, I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, and Motivational Interviewing. Additionally, I incorporate biblical principles and integrative approaches to offer a holistic approach to addressing my clients' challenges. My goal is to help individuals heal, grow, and navigate life’s difficulties with both professional tools and faith-based insights.
